After launch, we can fix bugs, apply security and dependency updates, and tune performance. We’ll define a support window and scope (e.g. critical bugs only vs. small enhancements) so expectations are clear.
We document the system and hand over runbooks so your team or another partner can take over if needed. Many clients prefer to keep us on a retainer for ongoing iterations and peace of mind.
Support can be time-boxed (e.g. 30 days post-launch) or ongoing via a retainer. We’ll recommend a model based on your product’s complexity and how much you want to iterate before handing over fully.
